Amsterdam Flower Market The flower market is located at the end of shopping street the Kalverstraat (Between Muntplein and Koningsplein). It's a road along the canal and relative small (300 metres long). The market is open Mondays - Fridays from 9am - 6 pm and Saturdays from 9am - 5pm Unique of this place is that it is a floating market: the stalls are on the canal. The stalls not only sell fresh flowers (tulips, geraniums, narcissus) but also bulbs. Opposite the flower market are little shops selling tourist souvenirs. Turning left from the flower market will lead you into the Koningsplein & Leidsestaat. From here it is 10 minutes walk to Leidse Square (cafes,bars,clubs,casino). The floating flower shops on the water.
